Here’s something to add on top of the word Art.Instead of just purely promoting ManMadeMachine’s Art, we will also be promoting good design brands form time to time to to keep the Artiverse growing. So to kickstart this, we will be nailing this one here.

They started the original brand when they first had their doors opened 9 years ago with 2 styled T-Shirts designed by their local Japanese writers and friends. Updated styles and designs were added into their selection throughout every season and this gave the Lafayettes a chance to create a library of designs ranging from all kinds of Art movement. Heavily influenced by the world of Hip-Hop but at the same time, they provide all Art enthusiasts a chance to be part of the family. Besides being a label for apparels covering the world domestically  this fellas are also heavily snapping their caps other areas of expertise on short films and events too.

The lafayettes have been around since 2003 and has dealers planted all across the globe and no shit, this fellas are on fire. Currently they have about 29 dealers domestically in Japan and if you’re around the hood, try popping by and check them out.

18th Anugerah Industri Muzik Awards

A good news indeed,ManMadeMachine’s Martojaks got nominated for “Best Album Cover Designer” for the Malaysian 18th AIM awards 2011 for designing Pop Shuvit’s CherryBlossom Love Affair album,fingers crossed and hopefully, we get to bring home something awesome, but even if we don’t, on the brightside at least being nominated sounds good enough.

This year, the awards ceremony will be held on 12 November at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. The event will be telecast live on Astro Ria (Ch104) that night from 8.30pm. Check out the (partial) nominations list below:

ManMadeMachines Crosses Over

Hello,a good day to everyone and hope that everyone’s having a real freakin awesome week. A little update from us at ManMadeMachines.Currently we are working on another side project creating a crossover with Malaysian Skate Hub Wheelove founded by Sukeats Chee where they bring in tonnes of awesome skating materials from clothing line,bags,sneakers to boarding and inline skate accessories, do check em out at their site to find our more about them!

Here’s a pitch on what we plan to do in the future,at the moment we will be hitting our inks conventional style first and if that pulls off,probably we will head on to digital prints.

Our Artjam has been on going and the feedbacks are growing, all artists who are interested do join the force by adding us at our facebook page!

Mid-cold Saturday

Hi guys,hope all is well. Been runnin around a little and currently there’s a few member on board that will be working closely together with ManMadeMachines and we will see what’s gonna happen next. CherryBlossom Love Affair Product Preview

So here’s a post to share with you guys how the final product looked like Pop Shuvit’s CherryBlossom Love Affair, after months of going in and out of the print factory, gotta say they did pretty well and the album looked great.Rudy( drummer) who was the lead for managing the album prints and Martojaks would like to thank Digitpress for the effort in making this possible for all of us.For the Pop Shuvit team,this is a fresh new beginning for them to have more ventures in creating their music art materials and for me its a good start to create and bring new art directions to life,the Pop Shuvit team will be collaborating more and more in the future and to all fans do look forward for more!
